GSTRNRS is the indie rock project of Andrew Miller.

In the studio, Miller writes and plays everything himself with the help of an occasional friend — the “ghost runners” behind the record. Live, GSTRNRS performs as a full band.

The band’s debut album Rue is a record about the relationships and regrets that linger — earnest but energetic, and built on the kind of songwriting that doesn’t waste a word. Sonically and lyrically, GSTRNRS draws from the likes of Elvis Costello, Elliott Smith, and Paul Westerberg/The Replacements.
